Toshiro Fujii has been Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre’s second for 8 years at L’air du temps** ; the past three years he was the creative chef of the SAN restaurants. After a decade of collaboration, it feels right for Sang Hoon Degeimbre to help Toshi in this new chapter.
Beside him in the kitchen, Toshi will be supported by Quentin Liolios, ex chef SAN, and as a front of house manager Clara Cornet, former maître d at L’air du temps and SAN Brussels. Three talents trained in-house, ready to rock this new chapter.
