Toshiro Fujii’s cuisine is dynamic, stimulating, delicate but punk.

SANG HOON DEGEIMBRE

TOSHIRO restaurant is born from legacy and passing on.

Toshiro Fujii has been Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre’s second for 8 years at L’air du temps**. The past three years he was the creative chef of the SAN restaurants. After a decade of collaboration, it feels right for Sang Hoon Degeimbre to help Toshi in this new chapter.

Beside him in the kitchen and front of house, Toshi will be supported by Klervi, Jade and Ly. Talents trained in-house, ready to rock this new chapter.

We welcome you from Tuesday evening to Saturday from noon to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 9.30 pm. Closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays noon.

Annual summer closure: from Tuesday 27 July to Saturday 14 August.
Annual winter closure: from Friday 24 December to Saturday 08 January.
