SANG HOON DEGEIMBRE

TOSHIRO restaurant is born from legacy and passing on.

Toshiro Fujii has been Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre’s second for 8 years at L’air du temps**. The past three years he was the creative chef of the SAN restaurants. After a decade of collaboration, it feels right for Sang Hoon Degeimbre to help Toshi in this new chapter.

Beside him in the kitchen and front of house, Toshi will be supported by Klervi and Ly. Talents trained in-house, ready to rock this new chapter.
